How do I get to Multiclínica in Quarteira?

Unlike saturated centres, we are located at a key connection point between Quarteira, Vilamoura and Loulé. Our headquarters on the N125 allows direct and fluid access, without the traffic of the city centre.

  • Public transport and connectivity: Forget paying for parking metres or long walks. We have two exclusive car parking areas for our patients: Front car park: for quick «get there and get in» access. Side car park: large and reserved to ensure you always have a space available, even at peak times.
  • Public transport and connectivity: Although we enjoy the tranquillity of the Benfarras area, connectivity is excellent. There are bus stops just a few metres from the main entrance that connect directly with the regular lines that run along the N125 towards Quarteira and Faro. It's the ideal option if you prefer not to drive but are looking for a clinic away from the urban hustle and bustle.
  • Total Accessibility and Comfort Our facilities have been designed based on the concept of zero barriers. Located entirely on the ground floor, we guarantee comfortable and safe access for: People with reduced mobility or wheelchairs. Mums and dads with pushchairs. Patients undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation.

Frequently asked questions about appointments

Do you accept health insurance or agreements?

Multiclínica do Algarve does not currently work with health insurance or subsystems. However, we do accept the Dental Cheque as part of the National Oral Health Promotion Programme (PNPSO). We are currently in talks with some insurance companies and health agreements and there may be news soon. For more information, please contact us.
What should I bring to my first appointment?

To ensure a complete and efficient medical assessment, we ask that you bring your identification document (Citizen's Card or Passport), your health insurance card (if applicable), a list of the medication you usually take and any previous medical examinations, clinical analyses or reports relevant to your current medical condition.
What is the cancellation or rebooking policy?

We understand that unforeseen events happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This way, we can reorganise our doctors' schedules and make that time available for another patient in need of urgent medical care in the Algarve region.
Does the clinic have a 24-hour emergency service?

No. Multiclínica do Algarve operates on a scheduled basis during our opening hours (from 09:00 to 19:00). In the event of a serious or life-threatening medical emergency outside our opening hours, we recommend that you call the national emergency number (112) or go to the emergency department of the nearest hospital in the Faro region.
